Analyze a Classmates Post

So im reading one of my classmates post, More money for the wrongly convicted. Now it is awful for anyone to be wrongfully accused and put in jail for something they did not commit. But these people were tried and charged by a group of their peers. These wrongfully convicted aren't just some average joe taken away from their homes or streets and tried. No, these people have some sort of connection to the crime in which they are being charged with. The best way to not be wrongly convicted is well, to keep your butt out of trouble. I just think throwing more money to these people is the wrong way to go about it. We need to take that money and put it to good use. We can use it to get better methods and equipment so these people want even become a suspect to the crime. Why should tax payers have to fork over more money to pay these people that couldn't seem to keep themselves out of trouble? And my god to give them 120 hours of college tuition and health insurance. Wow there are people that fought for this country and dint even get that. But yet you want to give it to someone that for some reason became a suspect in a crime, then was charged by their peers in the court of law. Oh and don't forget about the $80,000 for every year in.
So im just saying SH** happens. All we can do is better improve the system we have and get these people out of our prisons. Forking over all these money to people that put themselves into these situations is just the wrong route to take.
